Training & Development Programs






 Within the ever-changing world of technology and business, there is constantly
 something new to learn. Hawkary is always trying to develop and update their
 employees by providing them a chance to understand the latest developments
 and trends within the company goals. Also helping its employees to use new tools
 and develop new strategies that take the company to more challenging level and
 higher role by delivering external training programs through some international
 academic training Companies/Centers such as Franklin Covey Co., which is one of
 top 20 worldwide leadership companies as they provided the training course of
 (The 7 habits of highly effective people) in 2016.


 The 7 Habits program helped our company achieve higher results by focusing on
 making individuals and leaders more effective. Employees gain hands-on
 experience, applying timeless principles that yield greater productivity, improved
 communication, strengthened relationships, increased influence, and laser-like
 focus on critical priorities.

 Through these development programs and training opportunities, a perfect
 reminder will be set for employees about the long term goals that Hawkary tries to
 achieve such as increasing the productivity, providing long-life learning, ensuring
 the smooth operation and employee satisfaction among all departments.

               Over the past 25 years, since establishment in 1992, Hawkary has always been seeking out
               committed and passionate team members. Special individuals who have the necessary skills to
               perform at the highest-level. Keen thinkers who are armed with both professionalism and a desire
               to take an active role on the global phase.


               For this purpose, Hawkary continuously involves in programs and social activities that help our
               youth. In 2016, Hawkary took an important role in “Rwanga/Foras job fair” event by being one of
               the main sponsors to provide equal opportunities for young people who are intent to succeed,
               and determine great initiative and professional skills, those who will fit in well with the company's
               corporate goals regardless of gender, race, age, religion, or nationality.


               Our strategy and capabilities serve our conclusive purpose which is to contribute in developing a
               livable world.
